Your account — the email address you signed up with, the name you chose to be called, your plan, and how many minutes you have used this period.

Your sessions — for each conversation: when it started, how long it ran, a written transcript, and a short summary.

What the analyst remembers — a set of short notes drawn from your sessions, so it does not start from nothing every time. Things like what you are working towards, how you think about risk, and what you have already covered.

We do not store video or audio of a session, and we never ask for or hold wallet keys, seed phrases, exchange logins or account balances.

The recording is the point: without it the analyst would meet you as a stranger every single time, which is most of what makes it useful. After a session ends, its transcript is summarised and a few durable facts are pulled out. Before your next session those facts are handed back to the analyst so it can pick up where you left off.

You are always in control of that. From your account you can read everything it remembers, edit any note, delete any note, or clear the lot. Deleting a note means the analyst stops being told about it.

Running this needs a handful of companies, and they see only what they need to: our hosting and database providers store the data; the provider behind the live avatar handles the call itself and returns its transcript; an AI provider turns that transcript into a summary and notes; a payment processor handles card details, which never reach us. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Session transcripts, summaries and memory notes are kept while your account is open, so the analyst stays useful to you. Delete your account and all of it goes with it — transcripts, summaries and notes — apart from records we have to keep for tax and accounting.

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Most of that you can do yourself from your account; for anything else, email us and we will handle it within a month.

If you are in the UK or EU and you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

We set what is needed to keep you signed in, and nothing for advertising or cross-site tracking.

If we change anything that matters here, account holders will hear about it before it takes effect. The terms of use cover the rest of the relationship.
